The Radisson BLU Hotel in Sopot, Poland, hosted the inaugural Baltic Real Estate Awards, organized by EuropaProperty. The awards ceremony was a resounding triumph, warmly received by all the winners and their guests. For the latest updates, follow #BalticRealEstateAwards.

The event gathered a distinguished audience of real estate and related industry professionals, eager to witness the presentation of the 21 prizes awarded throughout the evening.

The remarkable quality and quantity of nominations received underscored the robustness of the region’s property markets. Panattoni, one of the largest industrial developers in the area, shone brightest on the night. They secured project prizes for Panattoni Park Szczecin III in Poland and Panattoni Campus Hanover City Centre in Germany, winning in the Future Project of the Year category.

Project of the Year winners were evaluated based on criteria such as design excellence, building efficiency, location quality, ESG compliance, and commercial success.

Euro Styl’s Montownia Lofts & Experience project in Gdansk achieved high acclaim, triumphing in both the Hotel and Refurbishment/Renovation Project categories. In the residential sector, the Residential Development of the Year accolade was bestowed upon Home by Zeitgeist – Górskiego, a PRS project by Zeitgeist Asset Management. TFG Asset Management’s CUBE Office Park claimed the Office Project of the Year award.

Moving on to investment, Panattoni made a significant sale of a build-to-suit facility in Tczew, encompassing an advanced production and warehouse space spanning 30,000 sqm. This facility played a crucial role in the regional operations of Panattoni’s client and was acquired by LCN Capital Partners, a prominent European capital partner specializing in sale & leaseback transactions and build-to-suit projects.

The esteemed Professional of the Year award was bestowed upon Andrzej Potyra from Żabka Property Fund. Potyra successfully established Żabka Property Fund within Żabka Group, thereby supporting Żabka’s growth, particularly in the property sector. Presently, the Fund manages a portfolio of 150+ assets distributed across Poland.

The Company of the Year awards recognized the leading developers, investors, and professional service providers in the Baltic region for their outstanding contributions and accomplishments over the past year. Companies were evaluated based on their overall market impact, quality of customer service, market innovation, commercial success, ESG leadership, and market penetration.

Multi excelled in the Property Management Firm and Retail Developer categories, with the jury acknowledging their successful business practices throughout the previous 12 months, including the sale of Forum Gdansk to NEPI Rockcastle and the expansion of their extensive property management portfolio. Panattoni and Euro Styl also received accolades as Warehouse Developer of the Year and Residential Developer of the Year, respectively. Olivia Centre was honoured as Office Developer of the Year.

Additional notable company winners included Dentons as Law Firm of the Year, Griffin Capital Partners as Investor of the Year, PN Consulting as Agency of the Year, New Work as Professional Service Provider of the Year, Gleeds as Project Management Award recipient, and Harden Construction as Construction Firm of the Year.

The burgeoning Proptech industry received due recognition during the event, with R8 Technologies emerging as the leader from an extensive list of shortlisted nominees across the region. Cosmetics retailer Rituals claimed the coveted Retailer Award.
